Frequently Asked Questions
Ordering and Payment
You may whatsapp us at 8276 8827, or email us at hello@piety.com.sg. Once we receive your order, we will contact you to confirm your order and advise on payment.
Kindly place orders by the Sunday before your intended collection date.
For example, if you wish to collect your order on Thursday, 7 Jan 2021, you should place your order by Sunday, 3 Jan 2021.
As we do our groceries on Mondays and Tuesdays, this would allow us to consolidate the week’s orders and minimise the number or shopping trips.
Large orders may require even more advance notice so do try to get in touch with us early. Depending on the quantity and availability of ingredients, we may sometimes be able to accept orders at a shorter or last-minute notice. Feel free to give us a call and we’ll see what we can do.
We accept payment via PayNow or Interbank Transfer.
- PayNow: UEN 201721589N
- Interbank transfer: DBS 2889035419

Yes, you may arrange for an external courier to collect on your behalf at your own discretion. However, we will not be liable for any delays, additional waiting charges or damages caused.
Food Quality, Storage and Reheating
All orders are baked on the day of your collection to ensure maximised freshness.
As our pastries are made from fresh ingredients, we recommend that you consume them within 2 hours. If you wish to have them at a later time within the same day, reheating is strongly recommended (see next FAQ below on reheating).
Should you wish to save our pastries to be consumed on another day, they can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, or in the freezer for up to a month. In both instances, reheating before consumption is necessary (see next FAQ below on reheating).
Reheating our pastries will make them taste as good as fresh again, or close to it.
Let the pastries first come to room temperature:
- Refrigerated pastries should be taken out of the fridge 5 to 10 minutes ahead.
- Frozen pastries should first be thawed by transferring them from the freezer to the fridge the night before day of consumption.
Reheat pastries in a preheated oven or air fryer at 165°C (375°F) for about 8 to 12 minutes. Once the oven/air fryer has turned off, let the pastries sit for another 5 minutes.
Microwave heating is not recommended as it may soften or compromise the pastry texture.
IMPORTANT NOTE: DO NOT re-freeze thawed products, and DO NOT reheat more than once.
Piety Bakery is non-halal certified, but there is no pork or lard used in our ingredients.
